OPDL Exhibition Permission Request Form
This form is for OPDL Licence Holders to submit exhibition game requests for approval. If your request is approved, you will need to complete all the necessary hosting and/or travel forms applicable to the events on the Competitions and Travel Management System (CTMS) as per Ontario Soccer Operation Procedures

Note: Per OPDL Operational Rules, any and all players who have been invited to participate in Provincial Xcel events, including but not limited to Provincial Screening Competitions, Provincial Xcel Team Training & Competition Weekends, have been informed that Provincial Xcel programming is to be prioritized in the event of a conflict.
