Submitting General Information and Letter of Commitment
As part of your application process, your club will need to submit contact information for the leadership team, and a Letter of Commitment.

The Letter of Commitment serves as a type of cover letter for the Club (1 to 1.5 pages in length max), outlining who you are and what community you serve.

The Letter of Commitment should also outline your club's ongoing commitment to:
- the methods & values of Long-Term Player Development,
  Safe Sport,
- the Ontario Soccer Grassroots Standards,
- the Ontario Soccer Talented Player Pathway,
- not interact with unsanctioned organizations unless approved by Ontario Soccer
- being a good community citizen
The letter must be completed on official club letterhead, signed by an individual with executive authority, and be in PDF file format.
