  • Hello Ontario Indoor/Futsal Cup Team, 

    Each club whose team is required to travel 1000 kilometres or more one way to play in the Final Round of the Ontario Indoor/Futsal Cup game in one of the following rounds may apply to Ontario Soccer for a travel grant, in accordance with the following policies and procedures:

    1. claims for reimbursement shall be submitted using the Ontario Cup Travel Grant Application Form available on this Jotform. Each form must be completed in its entirety.
    2. a Travel Grant Request form must be accompanied by receipts
    3. a Travel Grant Request form must be accompanied by a EFT Form (Note: Reimbursement will only be made to a Club or Team account. Not to a personal account)
    4. a Travel Grant Request form submitted after March 31, 2026 shall not be accepted.

    Each club whose team is required to travel more than 200 kilometres one way to play in an Ontario Cup game in one of the following rounds:

    • Tournament Round
    • Opening Round
    • Re-Entry Round
    • First Round
    • Second Round
    • Third Round
    • Quarter-Final Round
    • Semi-Final Round
    • Cup Final Round

    may apply to Ontario Soccer for a travel grant, in accordance with the following policies and procedures:

    1. claims for reimbursement shall be submitted using the Ontario Cup Travel Grant Application Form available on this Jotform. Each form must be completed in its entirety.
    2. a Travel Grant Request form must be accompanied by receipts
