Please provide the dates between September 19th - October 25th that you are able to host the Grassroots Diploma at your facilities. Ideally the course is hosted over one weekend.

The course will need to be hosted from 8:30am - 5:30pm or 9:00am - 6:00pm. The field should be a full field, either a turf field or premium grass field.
