The purpose of Ontario Soccer’s Dispute Resolution Policy and Procedures is to resolve disputes of a ‘corporate’ nature between and/or among Ontario Soccer, District Associations, Clubs, Leagues and Registrants and in the case of denial of membership, Non-Registrants, using techniques of Alternate Dispute Resolution.

I am requesting that Ontario Soccer become involved in resolving this dispute. I agree to provide all information requested by Ontario Soccer and understand that all submitted information will be shared with other parties involved in the dispute. I agree to attend and participate in any Mediation Meetings convened by Ontario Soccer in order to resolve this dispute. If this dispute cannot be settled through mediation, I agree to abide by the binding arbitration ruling made by the Ontario Soccer Dispute Resolution Officer(s), in accordance with the Ontario Soccer’s Governing Documents regarding dispute resolution. Furthermore, I agree not to appeal the Ontario Soccer’s binding arbitration ruling to Canada Soccer and I agree not to take any legal action regarding this dispute.
