Canada Soccer PDP National Championships Vendor Application
Canada Soccer's Player Development Program (PDP) National Championships is being hosted by Ontario Soccer on August 27-31 2025. We invite local vendors to take part in the activities as a way to engage with the Soccer Community (and beyond) in Vaughan and showcase your goods / services to patrons. Our Vendor Market will take place on Thursday August 28th 10am - 6pm.

Please ensure that you have read and completed the application in full. Deadline to reserve a spot is Wednesday August 20 2025.

Expected number of patrons up to 1500, children and adult ages. 32 teams are participating from British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario and Quebec.

Ontario Soccer will provide Table and Chairs for each Vendor. Please indicate your requirements below. Once reviewed, we will advise if possible.

Terms and Conditions
- Food Safety: All food vendors must comply with Public Health food safety regulations for special events, including proper food handling, storage and temperature control.
- Liability: Ontario Soccer accepts no liability for any loss or damage to equipment or merchandise. Participation in the event is at the Vendor's risk.
- Insurance: All vendors are responsible for and must show proof of their own Vendor Insurance.
- The Vendor applicant agrees to abide by all municipal, provincial or federal laws and regulations in effect for the duration the event, and agrees to absolve Ontario Soccer from any claims, damages, or liabilities.
- Full payment is required to secure Vendor spot.
- Application Deadline is Wednesday August 20 2025.
