    Temporary Eligibility Permit

  • Section 2.0 Registration – Operational Procedure 9.0
Any Under 14 and older player registered with Ontario Soccer or another Provincial Association affiliated to Canada Soccer is eligible to obtain a TEP, which shall entitle the player to play for a registered Club Team of a Club other than the one with which they are registered in a game of any registered league or sanctioned competition.  Grassroots players (U13 and younger) are not eligible for a TEP.

This form is to be filled out by the Player (or their Parent/Guardian) and it will be submitted to the Club.  The Club Representative is not the players Coach but rather the Club Administrator or another appropriate person that can approve these documents on behalf of the Club.   The form is then routed to the District Association for final approval.  Once approved the player, Club and District will receive a PDF of the form.  This must be printed and brought to the game/tournament designated on the form.

A player is only eligible for three (3) TEP's per season for amateur teams.

If the player is playing on more than one team the TEP must come from the highest level team with which the player is registered.
